Private keys of the wallet created on Hyperbot are stored and encrypted by Turnkey, which was founded by the team that built Coinbase Custody. Only you have access to your private key as it is stored with Turnkey’s verifiably secure enclaves.
Why can't I change the withdrawal address, and why are my funds missing?
💡 Solution:
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you created by default.
The private key is stored in the "···" (three dots) next to your wallet address.
Steps:
Copy this private key.
Import it into your OKX or Binance wallet.
You will then be able to view and manage your funds.
Note: Hyperliquid wallets can be exported to a specified address. You can enter the address you want to withdraw to in the withdrawal address box.
Why do I receive alerts for all whale activities? How can I monitor only the addresses I set?

I've set up copy trading, but I'm not copying new trades from the target address. Why?
💡 Common Reasons & Solutions:
🔹 Reason 1: Insufficient Opening Amount
System requires a minimum of 100 USDT per trade.
Problem Scenario: If you select "Pro-rata" mode and the target whale's position size is very small (e.g., 0.1%), your balance multiplied by this ratio may be less than 100 USDT, causing the copy trade to fail.👉 Suggestion: Users with smaller capital should use the "Fixed Amount" mode, setting a fixed amount of 100 USDT or more per trade.
🔹 Reason 2: Trading Pair Mismatch
The available trading pairs are not identical between Hyperliquid and Aster.
If the target account trades a coin that has no corresponding trading pair on Aster, the system will automatically skip it.
For some low-liquidity tokens or trading pairs, a protection mechanism is triggered, automatically pausing copy trading to prevent excessive slippage or failed transactions.
Why hasn't my deposit arrived after a long time?
✅ Checklist:
1️⃣ Confirm you deposited to the exclusive deposit address on the "Deposit" page.
2️⃣ Network & Token Requirements:
Hyperliquid wallet only supports USDC on the Arbitrum network.
Aster wallet supports USDT on Arbitrum/BNB Chain.
3️⃣ Using the wrong network/token may lead to permanent loss of funds.
4️⃣ Minimum deposit is 20 USDT. The first deposit will automatically deduct 1 USDT for gas fees.
⏱ Normal processing time is approximately 1-20 minutes.
Why am I prompted for authorization when trading with an imported wallet?
🔑 Correct Setup:
In the "Address" field: Enter your wallet address.
In the "API Wallet Address" field: Enter the API address generated in your Hyperliquid account (More → API).
In the "API Key" field: Enter the secret key generated on the same Hyperliquid API page.
Crucial Step: Click the "Authorize" button at the top of the API key management page.
Why did my Aster rewards suddenly disappear from the wallet?

Confirm you are logged into the correct trading account (especially if you have multiple accounts).
Eligibility Criteria:
Rewards are only for Aster wallets created on the Hyperbot platform that conducted transactions between Sept 3rd and Oct 2nd.
Balance Rule:
The withdrawable amount must be ≥ 20 ASTER tokens (calculated as: 2.5 USDT / 0.125 USDT per ASTER = 20 ASTER). Amounts below this threshold cannot be withdrawn.
